Удружење за уметност и традицију „МАЛИ КОРАК“ Oглaђеновaц је невладино и непрофитно удружење, основано на неодређено време ради остваривања циљева у области културе.
Association for Arts and Traditions "SMALL STEP" Oglađenovac is a non-governmental and non-profit association, established for an indefinite period of time to achieve cultural aims.
Циљеви Удружења су:
- неговање и развој традиционалних и модерних уметности
- истраживање, заштита и ревитализација националног материјалног и нематеријалног културног наслеђа кроз едукације, продукцију и промоцију савременог стваралаштва у сфери традиционалних и модерних уметности;
- промоција, подстицање и развој културних и естетских вредности у друштву;
- подстицање, унапређење и развој стваралаштва деце и младих у области културе и спорта;
- подстицање младих талената у сфери традиционалних и модерних уметности и спорта;
- подстицање стваралаштва особа са инвалидитетом у области културе и спорта;
- децентрализација и деметрополизација уметности и културе кроз стварање услова за широку доступност културних добара националне и светске културне баштине,
- подстицање стваралаштва и усклађен развој локалне заједнице у области културе;
- развој локалне заједнице и села;
- унапређење квалитета живота деце, младих и шире популације становништва на подручју локалне заједнице.
- подстицање тржишта уметничких дела и других културних творевина;
- подстицање донаторства, меценства и спонзорства у култури и спорту;
- развој манифестационог и сеоског туризма на подручју локалне заједнице;
- подстицање интеркултурног дијалога и међународне сарадње у области културе и спорта;
- подстицање спорта, планинарења, рекреацијe, спортског и бањског туризма, коришћења природних ресурса, киселе воде и свежег ваздуха
- организовање догађаја од локалног од међународног значаја - међународних ликовних колонија, књижевних радионица, промоција књига, музичких вечери, прела, радионица домаће радиности и слично.

Die Ziele des Vereins sind:
- Förderung und Entwicklung traditioneller und moderner Künste
- Erforschung, Schutz und Wiederbelebung des nationalen materiellen und immateriellen Kulturerbes durch Bildung, Produktion und Förderung zeitgenössischer Kreativität im Bereich der traditionellen und modernen Kunst;
- Förderung, Förderung und Entwicklung kultureller und ästhetischer Werte in der Gesellschaft;
- Förderung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Kreativität von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Bereich Kultur und Sport;
- Förderung junger Talente im Bereich der traditionellen und modernen Kunst und des Sports;
- Förderung der Kreativität von Menschen mit Behinderungen im Bereich Kultur und Sport;
- Dezentralisierung und Demetropolisierung von Kunst und Kultur durch Schaffung von Bedingungen für die breite Verfügbarkeit von Kulturgütern des nationalen und weltweiten Kulturerbes;
- Förderung der Kreativität und der harmonischen Entwicklung der lokalen Gemeinschaft im Bereich der Kultur;
- lokale Gemeinde- und Dorfentwicklung;
- Verbesserung der Lebensqualität von Kindern, Jugendlichen und der breiteren Bevölkerung in der örtlichen Gemeinde.
- Anregung des Marktes für Kunstwerke und andere kulturelle Werke;
- Förderung von Spenden, Mäzenatentum und Sponsoring in Kultur und Sport;
- Entwicklung der Manifestation und des ländlichen Tourismus in der lokalen Gemeinschaft;
- Förderung des interkulturellen Dialogs und der internationalen Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Kultur und Sport;
- Förderung von Sport, Bergsteigen, Erholung, Sport- und Spa-Tourismus, Nutzung natürlicher Ressourcen, saurem Wasser und frischer Luft
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen von lokaler Bedeutung von internationaler Bedeutung - internationale Kunstkolonien, literarische Workshops, Buchwerbung, Musikabende, Pausen, einheimische Handwerkswerkstätten und dergleichen.
